On 5 November 2025 at 10:00 CET, the sister projects ICONIC, SUDOCO, TWAIN, and WILLOW will host their second joint workshop dedicated to advances in wind farm control.
Building on the success of their previous collaboration, the projects continue to contribute to the EU’s climate neutrality goals by 2050 through innovative approaches to wind farm flow control and optimisation.
The upcoming online event, “Synergies Workshop: Subjects of the Year in Integrated Wind Farm Control” will provide an opportunity to showcase the latest results and share perspectives on enhancing the efficiency and sustainability of wind energy production.
The workshop will feature contributions from leading experts, including representatives from CEIT, DTU, the University of Warwick, and TU Delft, who will present new findings on topics such as corrosion detection, artificial intelligence for operational optimisation, and the “Control Room of the Future.”
Participants are invited to join this collaborative session to explore the future of intelligent wind farm operations. The workshop is designed to be highly interactive, encouraging active engagement from attendees, who will have the opportunity to ask questions, share insights, and contribute ideas to help shape future developments in integrated wind farm control. Attendance is free of charge and the webinar will last one hour and half.
