Welcome NTUA!

The National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) entered the SUDOCO consortium, focusing on the adaptation of offshore wind farm to Mediterenean Sea conditions.

In May 2025, the SUDOCO project welcomed a new partner: the National Technical University of Athens (Greece).

NTUA will enhance the project’s interdisciplinary expertise: its main role and objective will be to recommend, characterize and test appropriate modifications to the control strategies developed within project. The final aim is to enable adaptation of offshore wind farms to the unique conditions of the Mediterranean Sea environment.

NTUA is the oldest engineering Higher Education Research Institute in Greece with about 8500 undergraduate and about 1500 post-graduate students. NTUA is divided in 9 Academic Schools covering all engineering disciplines.
