SUDOCO paper will be presented at IOWTC 2025 in Toulon (France)

SUDOCO will be presented by SOWENTO at the International Offshore Wind Technical Conference (IOWTC) 2025 in France

We are pleased to announce that a paper from the SUDOCO project will be presented at the International Offshore Wind Technical Conference (IOWTC) 2025, taking place in Toulon, France.

The paper, titled “A Digital Twin Tracking Sensor Data in Real-Time on a Floating Offshore Wind Turbine,” will be presented by Niclas Jacob from SOWENTO, partner of the SUDOCO consortium, today, Wednesday, October 29th, at 4:00 PM.

The work introduces a digital twin approach designed to enable economically viable large-scale monitoring of floating offshore wind turbines. By integrating real-time sensor data, the digital twin enhances operational insights, supports predictive maintenance, and contributes to more efficient and sustainable offshore wind energy systems.

This presentation represents an important milestone for SUDOCO in showcasing the project’s innovative contributions to the digitalisation of offshore renewable energy.
